ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Randstad is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at one of New York's top Architectural Stone companies in Westbury. Qualified candidates are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience entering Payables and Receivables into Point of Sale software. Responsibilities

• Enter payables and receivables into point of sale software

• Update work papers and assist in the preparation of financial statements

• Compile reports and analyze data

• Assist in creating project profitability reports

• Answer phones & greet visitors

• Sign for packages & distribute mail

• Order supplies

• Organize physical & digital files
