TEKsystems It Technical Support in Syracuse, New York
Currently seeking a general IT Technician to support a growing internal team. In this role, an individual will be fielding calls and "tickets" from internal employees. Requests could range from network malfunction, new equipment requests or mobile device management. Customer currently does not have a formal ticketing system so many of the requests will be via the telephone or via a public virtual blackboard. This individual should come from a technical background and be able to work 8 hours between 8 and 7 everyday.
Help Desk, Desktop, Customer Service
Top Skills Details:
1)1-2 years of experience on a help desk or desktop support team.
2) Experience using a mix of different operating systems (Windows, Mac, Ios and Android).
3) Very strong internal customer service skills and a desire to grow within the company.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Somebody that comes from a general IT tech position will thrive in this role. Customer currently has 300 employees and are looking to add on 100 within the next year. This is a good opportunity for someone to grow within the company.
