Job Description:

  • Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.

  • Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence.

  • Assist program manager on large RFQ’s/proposal efforts.

  • Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully transferred to Oracle from

  • Dynamics with pricing and shipping date information.

  • Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical/CM requests.

  • Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations.

  • Pre-order: Obtain delivery quotes from the factory, enter prospects into Seibel and maintain equipment configuration/quantity in Siebel.

  • Pre-order: When prospect reaches 80% or higher confidence and is committed, review equipment lists for accuracy and completeness to ensure that customers order the most appropriate equipment complement for their application – suggest new products to replace old ones as appropriate.

  • Pre-order: Inform of any changes to delivery dates and/or equipment that need to be made in Oracle.

  • Manage order entry until the order is booked.

  • Ensure that all items have part numbers and contract ID's on the CECOM IDIQ contract, as well as making sure that new part numbers are released in Oracle and updated with B&P.

  • Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.

  • Attend all prospects meetings making note of timing changes for all FMS prospects in the forecast, follow up with the forecast team to ensure changes recommended at prospects meetings are updated in Dynamics and Oracle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
