Our client provides exceptional food, beverage, accommodations and service - and they want you to join their stellar team as a Restaurant Manager!

Your day-to-day:
Monitor and train service team members on suggestive selling practices
Oversee the hiring and onboarding process, including interviewing potential new hires
Motivate staff through acknowledgement of hard work, achievements, and instilling
Ensure customers are satisfied with every part of their dining experience.

Your skill set includes:
Communication- you take care in articulating your own thought process, as well as critique the work of others
Self-motivated and detail-oriented - You enjoy being involved in several projects, and are talented at managing expectations and your own timeline
Take initiative and build quality into work- you ensure processes are consistent with company objectives
Team player - you are able to work outside of regularly scheduled hours when needed
Two years or more of management experience in the hospitality industry
