You landing a new Manufacturing Production job in Penn Yan would be pretty good, BUT you landing a new Manufacturing Production job with US would be simply AWESOME! It can happen, because we're looking for temp to hire Downline Packer workers to join the amazing team at Kanpak. Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Manufacturing Production worker:

  • Load bundles of boxes into machines

  • Operate labeler and ink-jet printer

  • Operate box erector and case packer

  • Load pallets onto conveyors

  • Stack cases on pallets

  • Use wrenches and pallet jacks

  • Manually clean equipment

    Below are the physical demands

  • Frequently required to stand and walk

  • Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

  • Must occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds

    Kanpak is a drug-free/tobacco-free facility, Employees are not permitted to smoke (including vaping and/or e-cigarettes), or use any tobacco products while on the premise, including in vehicles parked in parking lots. Due to food handling requirements, employees are not permitted to leave the facility for breaks and/or lunches.

    Production worker positions may require some overtime. With starting pay rates at $12.50/hr, this is a great opportunity to earn some fast, and serious cash!

    We have openings on 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd Shift!

  • Schedule - Silgan is a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

  • 1 st 6:45-3pm $12.50

  • 2 nd 2:45-11pm $12.75

  • 3 rd 10:45-7am $13.00

    Increases possible in .25 increments as they grow within job)
