Company’s Wealth and Asset Management practice helps support clients to stay ahead of industry trends and consequently define and deliver on their future business strategy.
About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant on the Wealth team, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting alongside industry experts. You will become an expert in cross-functional, end-to-end delivery that spans multiple products.
People are client facing leaders who combine industry expertise with core consulting skills, such as problem statement framing, root cause analysis, client facilitation and the ability to interface with multiple personality types.
You will leverage your learnings and consulting expertise to better understand how to help advance our clients’ progress towards meeting their evolving needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver on various projects using proven Change Management Methodologies
Conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
Work on projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
Produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story
Run effective workshops for client business users
Critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients
Communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
Lead project teams, and help to train and develop their understanding of project management and planning
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a financial services organization (preferably a bank, capital markets organization or broker-dealer), regulatory agency, or consulting firm with a clear record of expertise, accomplishment, and impact
Solid experience with Agile methodologies, ideally with experience using tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to be agile - comfort in shifting between delivery work, project management and strategy to help drive the project’s success
Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel out of state Monday through Thursday as needed
Full-Time Salary $105,000-120,000 per year plus bonus
Contract $525- $715 per day
