About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to join our Product Organization and help set direction and priorities for CrowdTwist product team. This leader will work closely with leaders from the Customer Success, Sales, UX design, engineering, and marketing to deliver products to our customers. Product Innovation, thought leadership and customer centricity are key to success in this role.

About Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Design, Engineering to define best processes, practices for product development to build and ship products.

  • Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner. Build consensus and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with your peers and partners, use the collective knowledge and insights at Oracle into the Product Strategy.

  • Own evolving, communicating on our Product Strategy and Roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Keeping a pulse on the competition and help drive growth of the business.

About You:

  • Demonstrated track record of at least 15 plus years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS product management experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading, mentoring and developing product management teams, both local and remote.

  • Experience in leading product teams establishing product roadmaps and ensuring teams deliver on roadmap.

  • A great communicator, influencer and cross-functional collaborator; able to create clarity and drive focus across the business.

  • Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Experience with Marketing Automation/ Loyalty , enterprise integration models and technologies a plus.

  • A/BS degree or equivalent. Advanced degree(s) highly desirable

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a Senior Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience preferred.
