Google Regional Product Lead, Google Customer Solutions in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, finance, or related advisory role.

  • Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with using Connect Sales, Wildcat, Discovery or other sales reporting tools.

  • Direct Sales experience with an understanding of sales systems and processes (structure, incentives, tools, etc.).

  • Experience in manipulating large data sets using SQL. Proficiency in conducting data analysis and uncovering insights based on data.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent presentation development skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audience.

  • Excellent verbal and written Executive Communication skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Regional Product Lead for Internal Sales Systems and Infrastructure, you are a regional expert on GCS sales systems, tools, and processes and act as a bridge between Global GCS Systems and Tools team and the Americas GCS sales teams. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor on how to best launch, land, and activate tools with the regional sales team.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies that solve business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across regional GCS sales, central Revenue Strategy and Operations, Policy and gTech teams.

  • Act as regional policy expert on-the-ground. Collect and prioritize feedback to help improve ads policy ecosystem and lead in-region deployment of policy changes.

  • Collect and prioritize feedback on service offerings, and lead regional deployment strategy for new services, monitor utilization and liaise with relevant teams for executive updates.

  • Identify impactful strategic opportunities that the sales team could benefit from by conducting analytical deep dives and building business cases, defining actionable plans, and the roadmap to get there. Involve, align and manage relevant stakeholders across teams and markets, and drive a successful implementation.
