The professional will join the Marketing Analytics & Optimization team to drive key analytics activities across the marketing organization. We are looking for a marketing professional to support our growing Marketing organization in providing analysis and planning across various channels and campaigns. The goal of this role is to provide strategic reporting, insights, and analyses to be used in various marketing initiatives. This role will support major marketing initiatives that drive business growth and improve marketing performance.
The professional must be comfortable becoming a strategic consultant and advisor to the organization. This role will not only be limited to Marketing. The professional is expected to partner with various functions and use data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide data insights across marketing programs. Refresh data, build dashboards/reports in data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau), provide detailed analyses, and fulfil ad hoc requests across different marketing campaigns and projects
Promote a solid understanding of digital marketing and can manage report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email. Update campaign performance reports to provide end-to end results (impressions to sales) of campaigns on regular cadence along with insights for lead generation optimization
Work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams, including digital engagement, product marketing, and web to understand the systems and data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration in ingesting and tracking data.
Partner with stakeholders to develop models for use in forecasting, media targeting, attribution, and measuring lifetime customer value
Help develop marketing data roadmap and adhere to industry best practices to develop scalable data solutions with technology team
Develop advanced analytical models (with support from Data Scientists) to answer key business questions Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing experience
Strong communication and analytical skills with solid foundation in data analysis
Comfortable managing, manipulating and analyzing large data sets
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of using data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with web analytics tools
Prior basic experience with SQL
Knowledge of database structure, queries, and reporting techniques
