Ultimate Software INTEGRATION DELIVERY MANAGER in New York, New York


The Integration Delivery Manager will be in charge of managing Level 2 internal technical teams dealing with all internal tickets, delivering a high satisfaction to his internal customers. Provide vision on where the team is going. Ask for their input on the vision and the necessary steps to get there. When hiring, prepare a detailed JD and success measures for the open positions in your team. Prepare an individualized onboarding plan to welcome the new employee into the organization. Mentor employees providing feedback on a regular basis. Address any performance issues straight away to ensure employees are aware of issues and have the chance to improve. Focus on the development of each and every team member individually

The team composed of:

  • Delivery team: Engineers responsible for specific platform backend configurations (platform creation, SFTP creation, data feed configuration, Single Sign On) and third-party software integrations (RPA) – within a committed delivery timeframe.

  • Run team: Engineers bringing expertise to Level 2 products and infrastructure issues, supervise and monitor PeopleDoc infrastructure anticipating and resolving any outage.

  • The Integration Delivery Manager will organize, process and animate this team to propose other PeopleDoc teams (Product, Customer Care, Customer Support, Implementation, R&D…) a delightful experience.

  • The Integration Delivery Manager will carefully monitor our platform availability SLAs and will own our 24x7 support coverage process.

In addition the tasks listed above, the Integration Delivery Manager will coordinate the Partner Integration design strategy :

  • Sharing with our partners our Core HR data feed integration model

  • Understanding our partners integration model (API documentation / Export and Data flow)

  • Designing scalable integrations matching HR common use cases

  • Coordinating and follow-up any specific integration developments

You will bring your expertise during the sales life-cycle covering any qualified integration discussion.

Competencies required:

  • Team management

  • Strong oral and written communications. Fluency in English is a must

  • Strong technical skills for understanding PeopleDoc solutions (solution architecture, database and security, SaaS solutions)

  • Good understanding of HR daily challenges

  • Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness

  • Sense of organization, attentiveness, dialogue, discipline and adaptability

  • Not sensible to stress

  • Strong skills or prioritization


  • Master degrees


  • 2+ years of people management experience

  • 4+ years of experience in project management in an IT software environment

  • 4+ years of experience in any customer facing role

  • Expertise on PeopleDoc products would be an advantage

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 15%
