Your Role and Responsibilities

Watson Health Care Operations Leader professional will be responsible for all operational activities required for the smooth functioning of the Enterprise Operations organization, with support to the Business Unit.

Skills:

  • Experience working on and running management systems

  • Audit and Business Controls experience

  • Problem management

  • Stakeholder management

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Agile and Design Thinking experience preferred

  • Experience in Shared Services Operations teams preferred

Specific/Tactical Requirements for this position:

  • Sales cadence management / pipeline reporting

  • Pipeline coaching for team

  • Solution oversight - leading interlock with solutioning / "certification" of Watson Health Care resources

  • Lead recruitment coordination

  • Create models for head count approvals / fall planning

  • Lead finance coordination and reporting with GBS and Watson Health Care

  • Coach on SOW / DOU creation

  • Supporting tracking of signings / revenue / pull-through

  • Support senior executive business unit reviews

  • Support innovation unit business case / transition

  • Participate in senior leadership team and market segment leader reviews

  • Capacity tracking / management and interlock with demand in GBS and Watson Health

  • Annual target setting (business unit and individual)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years’ experience Client Relationship Management

  • 5+ years in Business Operations, Business Strategy and Collaboration across squads

  • 3+ years in Data analysis and insights

  • 5+ years of experience in building and coaching effective teams

  • Proven experience in managing organizations and interact with senior stakeholders

  • Understanding of the New IBM Offering and Field Operating Model

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven ability to manage organizations and interact with senior stakeholders

  • Understanding of the New IBM Offering and Field Operating Model
