Google Growth Marketing Manager, Grow with Google in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in growth marketing, program/project management, or strategic consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels (paid media, email, web, social) and user touch-points.

  • Project management experience rallying multiple stakeholders toward objectives with minimal guidance.

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to make business decisions.

  • Ability to align the team around key goals, identify growth opportunities through data analysis/user research, and create a growth roadmap.

  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.

  • Growth and product marketing skills.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Grow with Google, you will have an opportunity to build and shape this initiative. You’ll help people and businesses achieve greater economic opportunity through our training and programs, and establish Grow with Google as an excellent place for career and business development.

In this role, you'll drive growth marketing of key training programs in order to grow user acquisition, engagement, and impact, increasing users trained, cost efficiency, and positive user outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for achieving training goals, measuring and reporting activity, and optimizing toward real-life outcomes for users.

Additionally, you’ll play a key strategic, project leader role in shaping how the full portfolio of Grow with Google’s training cohesively helps users achieve their goals across our programs and learning content.

  • Generate actionable insights through user research and analysis of audience needs, behaviors and engagement to inform for marketing, content development and platform enhancement.

  • Identify opportunities and define strategies for growth across Grow with Google training.

  • Build a robust growth and test plan across media, channels and other user touchpoints to drive performance of user trained goals.

  • Develop skilling pathways and connectivity with other programs/training teams that generate tangible, measurable outcomes at scale for people and small businesses.

  • Drive thought-leadership on optimizing our web presence as a homebase and training portal for skilling, in close partnership with the Brand team.
