Exiger is engaged in an active phase in global growth and has an immediate opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent & Culture team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in Exiger's New York office, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent & Culture. This role is to be primarily focused on the Exiger Tech Business Unit and recruit for a variety of technical roles. Although priority will be the Tech Business Unit, there may be times where other Exiger Business Units will need support in recruiting. We are actively growing in the Americas, EMEA and APAC markets, and are seeking an enthusiastic individual about the prospect of working globally to strengthen our talent in all markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging and recruiting exceptional talent into competitive, highly skilled roles. Additionally, the ideal candidate is also creative, flexible, and enjoys working within a small, results-driven entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
Partner with global Talent & Culture team and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of our open roles and global recruitment process.
Sourcing and screening candidates using Internet resources including social networks and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and leads received through advertising, applicant tracking systems, employee referrals networking, and direct contact.
Implement creative strategies to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
Through direct and personalized outreach and relationship-building techniques, converting passive prospects into interested candidates for our open positions.
Proven experience delivering offers, negotiations, and closing candidates effectively.
Cold calling internal and external referrals.
Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System, Lever.
Schedule phone, video/onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates.
Commitment to DE&I initiatives.
Understanding compliance issues (OFCCP) in employment including EEO and related policies.Knowledge & Skills
Capability of understanding and communicating complex technical requirements for the roles which recruiting for.
Advanced sourcing skills including the use of social networks and research resources.
Understanding of the market and a craft for developing creative ways to engage with the right talent.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and an impactful presentation style.
Strong evaluation skills and demonstrated experience in interview and selection techniques.
A high degree of customer focus, business acumen, and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Professional Experience Required
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum two to three years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience. Proven success in an agency, search firm or corporate environment is a plus.
Data-driven, fast-paced and fact-based.
Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature.
Proven ability to 'roll up your sleeves' and make a contribution quickly.
A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization.
