ED, Travel Benefits Portfolio Management and Operations
The successful candidate for this role will support critical aspects of business development, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation analysis and pricing strategy, and business case development, to drive new and exciting benefits for our customers. The successful candidate must be able to build and leverage relationships across various lines of business, as well as with external partners, to build and deliver partnership strategies that drive the business forward.
This person will be responsible for leading a team of multiple direct reports that is responsible for development of business proposals for new market opportunities and the onboarding, integration and management of new business opportunity operations. The team will collaboratively develop business proposals with cross-functional teams, lead development of customer segmentation and pricing strategies by market and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the new business opportunities.
Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably in travel or travel-related industries
Must have business development, strategic partnership management and/or operations experience
BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
Demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, influencing and
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent analytical skills; understanding of a P&L, business trend analysis and forecasting
Direct people leadership experience required
