Provide Executive Assistant support to two SVPs in Corporate Services. The team is global in nature and covers Nasdaqs Listings Services as well as Nasdaqs Corporate Solutions businesses.

Your role and responsibilities
Identify, enhance and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business. Ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and / or business support services. Provide administrative support to SVPs and their teams as requested.
Provide primary administrative support for two senior executives and backup for other executive administrative assistants as needed.
Maintain executive, customer and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Read, research, and route correspondence for executives and prepare draft letters/e-mails and correspondence.
Maintain hectic appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, agendas, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
You will need the following skills and experience
Education Required: Bachelors degree
Experience Required: At least 1 years experienceproviding support to Business Head(s) within a global organization
First class communication skills, able to prioritize and muli-task and detail oriented.
And it would be great if you have experience with
Excellent MS Outlook skills, including complex diary management
