Business Support Manager for Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) Internal Mobility
The Business Support Manager (BSM) will be a highly visible and hands on execution leader providingBusiness Managementexpertise across Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Internal Mobility. The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across GBAM TA with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The individual should possess a very high attention to detail and demonstrable accuracy of work product, as frequently their work output will be used by senior executives of the GBAM TA and HR leadership team. Strong project management, written communications, advanced analytical skills and creative and effective executive presentations are also essential core requirements for the position.
Project manage all GBAM Internal Mobility deck requests – including content coordination, review cycles, business reviews, board decks, and strategy updates.
Oversee and improve Internal Mobility Processes globally.
Partners with reporting and analytics team and oversees all Internal Mobility reporting and looks for opportunities to reduce manual tracking and reporting.
Partners with Enterprise TA Operations on Enterprise Technology Solutions to support Internal Mobility.
Works with Lateral Recruiting BSM to be cross trained on Lateral Recruiting efforts and serves as back up as needed. Enterprise Owned Job Profile: Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers. Required Skills:
5+ years relevant HR or business support; must have broad understanding of the various facets of HR.
MUST have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
MUST have strong project management skills.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Know how to use data/reports to drive tactical improvement and/or to communicate the business story.
Ability to think proactively and balance multiple needs, requests and goals.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Excellent relationship and communication (e.g., verbal, written and presentation) skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
