ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy/ Planning / Execution

Develop business plans for consulting engagements to achieve annual savings targets. Develop strategies to execute on plan. Monitor and track results. Do the above by --- Consistently applying a disciplined approach, fact based analysis to determine the most appropriate sourcing solution (JV, Outsourcing, insourcing, alliance) to help LOB's execute their business strategies.

Client Relationship Mgmt (internal)

Maintain, improve, deepen Executive level, director level provide education and coaching on strategic approach to sourcing for businesses to aid in articulation of the appropriate sourcing strategy. Trusted Advisor -- Provide expert advice, counsel and support on what is Outsourcing, how to maximize value while doing a transaction and post-transaction. Escalation to Head of whats working and whats not working with a current engagement

Client Relationship Mgmt (external)

Sr. Level suppliers influence, negotiate with suppliers
