ABOUT THE TEAM

The omnichannel marketing team plans and delivers the marketing strategy for customer engagement across our site, email, stores, and loyalty with a dedicated focus to digital first. Connecting our brand strategy and business objectives to our customers’ expectations, engagement behaviors and purchase patterns, omni-channel marketing is a highly collaborative practice partnering closely with analytics, brand strategy, media, and creative partners.

We seek a collaborative and execution-oriented associate to help build the future of omnichannel marketing. This role requires collaboration across marketing, creative, planning, merchandising and production. You will be successful if you are equally energized by navigating matrixed-environments and building/driving innovation at pace.

THINK YOU WOULD ENJOY DOING THIS?

  • Develop omnichannel marketing plans, recommend/align and manage channel marketing calendar across all areas of the marketing mix.

  • Develop omnichannel planning and wire through organization - collaborating with cross-functional peers

  • Develop promotional marketing plan and oversee execution across all touch points.

  • Delivers day-to-day marketing strategy for customer engagement across our site, email, stores, and loyalty

  • Track implementation, ROI and discuss findings/conclusions with teams

  • Collaborate with the business, brand, merchandising to understand business objectives, marketing priorities, and product messaging

  • Collaborate with insights and analytics to better understand the customer, their behavior, and the performance of our marketing efforts to connect with them

  • Delivering customer journey maps, wireframes and creative briefs for site, app, stores, email, & loyalty

  • Lead and improve the development of processes to increase efficiency.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 1-2 years of related experience in omnichannel marketing

  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Very strong communication and team-working skills

  • High level of organization coupled with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Omniture a plus
