The Associate Director, Technology is multi-skilled expert with 7+ years of experience, who provides management leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services. They provide solutions to technical issues, and are responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
The Associate Director, Technology must work with the Director, Technology in order to push the Technology team agenda. They must be astute at identifying talent in developers. With the potential of becoming Technologist, they must be able lead and mentor their growth.

New Business Development
Participates in pre-project business development activities including audits, consulting, pricing, and delivering pitch work
Performing code reviews and auditing.
In conjunction with the technology leadership team, aiming to educate agency network about technology, best practices, and shedding more visibility to the group.
Partners with producers and other technologists to manage client relationships.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in pre-project business development activities including audits, consulting, developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.
Possesses a track record of outstanding results.
Partners with producers and other technologist to successfully manage these client relationships.
Perform code reviews and audits.
Strong background in UX, IA, Creative Design and Innovation.
They lead root-cause analyses, communicate options for resolution and provide recommendations to customer-facing technology problems.
In partnership with the strategist and creative director, co-leads the strategy phase of client projects including discovery and define.
Devising a cohesive strategy/approach for the project, and writing a top-quality strategy report.
Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects.
Oversees employee and freelance web developers and partners, ensures solutions are properly architected and specied, and partners with the project manager to ensure quality.
In partnership with the other associate directors of technology, sets direction for all aspects of our technology practice.
Leads and advances our growing technology practice.
Qualifications EDUCATION DEGREE/DIPLOMA AREA OF STUDY REQUIRED/PREFERRED Bachelor of Arts (BS) Master of Science (MS)
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE MIN YEARS AREA OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED 7 years Web Design or Development Services, ideally as a Consultant or in a Digital Consulting Company
