Aerotek Administrative Assistant in MONTEBELLO, New York

Description:

The Administrative Assistant position will service multiple areas within the office including handling the reception as needed, answering calls and answering basic account or insurance questions, directing calls and mail, completing insurance forms, as well as helping with social media marketing

Responsibilities include:

-Managing reception

-Directing calls and mail

-Working with clients on basic insurance questions & needed information

-Helping build out company's social media presence
