Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in KINGSTON, New York

The Customer Service Representative will be working with one of our top healthcare clients in Kingston, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be working in an inbound call center setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following job functions:

• Candidate MUST be comfortable working on the phone for the majority of the day, as this is a heavily inbound call center based role

• Must be comfortable with de-escalating calls as needed

• Assisting with account resolution

• Verifying account and customer information

• Transferring calls to the correct specialist or department as needed

• Taking thorough call notes while on the phone and completing after call notes to ensure effective communication

• Following up with customers as needed

Candidate Requirements:

-Completed High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

-Must have strong attendance and attention to detail

-Open to any kind of customer service experience

-Candidate must have strong job tenure

-Must be comfortable with working at home

-This will start as a remote role and will possibly transition to an in-office role
