Somnia Inc. Learning Management Systems (LMS) Assistant in Harrison, New York

Somnia is seeking an LMS specialist to perform a variety of administrative tasks and build training courses on our LMS (Learning Management System) “Somnia University.”

Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Provide the excellent customer service experience to LMS users by responding and resolving requests in order of receipt and priority

  • Update user profiles

  • Organize and schedule calls, meetings, and interviews

  • Prepare PO for payment approvals, track invoices and payments related to education program

  • Create a month update process, report and communication to managers, stakeholders

  • Build e-learning courses (using content provided in Articulate)

  • Set up events/classes in the LMS

  • Perform market research


  • Experience building training courses

  • Ability to work remote with fast/reliable Internet connection

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling

  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Solid organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-accountability for tasks and deadlines

  • Problem solver
