Position Summary: Responsible for the day to day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional/limited supply functions. Also acts as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing and automated restaurant ordering systems on behalf of the Distribution Center operations.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Attend customer and employee meetings as needed
Professionally market the Martin Brower brand to our customers through positive interactions
Coordinate promotions implementation to ensure flawless execution
Support inventory control functions
Provide leadership to a staff of coordinators and specialists
Execute company processes successfully to ensure 100% compliance
Ensure annual performance goals are met or exceeded
Effectively manage to the budget
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor
Foster a work environment that maximized employee involvement, morale and engagement
Promptly solve problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customer(s)
Participate in, contribute to and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
Travel for annual meetings or other Distribution Centers as needed

Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
5-7 years of experience in leading or managing customer service or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Strong working knowledge of various systems, including JD Edwards, CRM, etc.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline
Exceptional knowledge of the JD Edwards system
Prior inventory control/management experience
