Headway Corporate Resources Data Entry Clerk in Buffalo, New York
Headway Workforce Solutionsis currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a 12+ month contract opportunity in Buffalo, NY with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters. Our partneris seeking to fill several key positions with the Search/Abstract and Title Insurance departments. Prior experience inreal estate or the legal field is desired, but not required. An ideal Data Entry Clerk is detail-oriented, can multi-task, skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and can type approximately 40 wpm.
Effective communication with customers by phone and email for acknowledgement of orders.
Work with attorneys, paralegals, lenders and others to assist in real estate transactions.
Research and scanning of real estate documents.

Employee is required to talk and hear, and use hands to finger keyboard, telephone and handle other objects.
The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. Vision required for this job includes close vision (clear vision within 20 inches).
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
