Brooklyn Construction Services Inc. Project Manager in Brooklyn, New York

Distribute bid invites, communicate to bidding subs, develop bids leveling document for assessment with Civil Engineer and prepare project bid documents; determine and define scope of work for all trades and draft/issue contract/agreement/purchase order; develop master schedule for projects and create project baseline using Primavera 6 and/or Microsoft Project; develop project budget and detailed estimating plan using Revit; create and review RFIs, field reports, estimates, change orders, punch lists, meeting minutes, closeout and requisitions; supervise the Project Superintendents in scheduling sub-contractors and material deliveries to complete the project; oversee field supervision from mobilization to punch list for contracted trades; review submittals and shop drawings and inspect work performed by subcontractors; facilitate coordination between all subcontractors; manage the overall site safety program; coordinate monthly projects reports with project executive for principals and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering plus two years experience as project manager, construction manager, or civil engineer in building construction projects. Experience must involve using Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project and Revit.
