Sartorius North America Product Manager, BioAnalytics in Bohemia, New York

The Product Manager will be responsible for product management activities in the definition, development and commercialization of new products in line with market requirements and interfaces with Sales, Application Specialists, Services, Product Development.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Define and executes product strategy, product roadmaps and specification of product requirements
Manage Product lifecycle
Create strategy for product portfolio - Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis
Define market opportunities and develop product briefs
Conduct competitive analysis and develop a strong business cases to drive development decisions; drive consensus/alignment with stakeholders
Align with R&D and product development for product portfolio
Manage development of the communication strategy of the responsible product i.e. campaigns and their execution, together with marketing communication

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Science or Engineering with several years of experience in the BioPharma-Industry
Strong network within the industry
5 years product management experience
Strong technical knowledge of cell and/or protein analysis technology
Ability to Influence and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
